For bookings within the next 60 days you may secure a room on your credit/debit card. When we have received your card details (we will not debit your card for a deposit) your room will be reserved and you will have entered into a legal contract to complete your booking.
In the event of cancellation by yourself, at any time, for whatever reason, there will be a £25 administration charge.
If you cancel within 7 days (12 Noon) of your intended stay you will be charged 60% of the entire booking unless we can re-let the accommodation for the full term.
Within 6 days 70%
Within 5 days 80%
Within 4 days 90%
If you cancel within 72 hours of 12 noon on the day of your intended arrival you will be charged for the duration of your booking at the agreed price, again, unless we can re-let the accommodation for the full term.
Please Note:
For advance bookings over £250 and more than 60 days ahead we require £100 deposit. Under £250 a £50 deposit is required.
This deposit is refundable, less the £25 admin fee, if you cancel with more than 6 weeks to go to your intended Check In date. If you use a credit card for this deposit 2.5% fee will be added charged to us by the card issuer.
If you use a debit card there will be no charge.
This same fee applies when settling your account but only if you pay by credit card. Debit cards incur no interest fee.
We reserve the right to change your room without prior notice however we promise a room of equivalent standard or higher.
